Welcome to Ainpur Welfare Organization (AWO)
Established on self-help basis in Village Ainpur, District Haripur, Ainpur Welfare Organization is a non-profit, non-political voluntary social agency (pp. 2, 30). Our foundation is built on the belief that a prosperous society begins with empowered individuals. We work tirelessly without any discrimination of color, creed, religion, or caste to eliminate poverty, ignorance, and health deprivations from our rural youth and underprivileged families (pp. 17, 30). Backed by a dedicated team of local volunteers and community support, we are officially registered under the Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies Ordinance 1961 (pp. 2, 30).

3. Mission & Vision
- Our Mission: To liberate the youth of Haripur from poverty, disease, and ignorance by providing them moral, financial, social, and practical education alongside vital healthcare access (p. 17).
- Our Vision: To build a self-reliant society rooted in national unity, where every young individual possesses the technical skills to thrive and every family lives a life of dignity and health (pp. 17, 29).
4. What We Do (Our Impact & Focus Area)
We bridge the gap between resources and deserving segments through direct community programs (p. 29):
- Healthcare Support: Organizing free medical and eye specialty camps, providing free checkups, cataract surgeries, and medicines to hundreds of rural patients (pp. 27, 30, 33).
- Education & Skill Development: Establishing non-conventional schooling systems, computer labs, and libraries to equip youth with modern business and technical skills (pp. 27, 29).
- Social Safety Net: Door-to-door distribution of food ration packages to widows and deserving families, alongside free school uniforms for children (pp. 32-33).
- Community Expansion: Empowering youth through local sports initiatives, tree-plantation drives (2,000+ trees distributed), and essential cattle vaccination camps (pp. 31-32).
